Green Gram Dosa

Ingredients :

Green Gram - 250gms
Dosa Rice - 100gms
Urad Dal - 5tbsp
Channa Dal - 1tbsp

Procedure :

  • Soak the above mentioned ingredients in water for about 4 to 5hrs.
  • After soaking, grind it to fine thick paste by adding required amount of water.
  • Keep the grinded mixture overnight to ferment.
  • Morning before preparing dosa put salt as per taste.
  • Prepare dosa and serve with cutney of you choice.
