Ingredients :
1/2 kg boneless chicken chopped to small pieces
Cornflour - 250gms
Oil to Fry
Salt to taste
For sauce :
Garlic -8 cloves finely chopped
Onion- 2 finely chopped
Tomato Sauce - 4 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
green chilli - finely chopped as per taste
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Procedure :

Cornflour - 250gms

For sauce :

Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
green chilli - finely chopped as per taste
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Procedure :
- Add water to cornflour and make a thick paste.
- Add salt and chilli powder to the paste. (add a bit less salt and chilli powder because the sauce also contains it).
- Dip the chopped chicken in the paste and deep fry in oil.
- Keep the fried chicken aside.
- In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and let it heat.
- Add garlic, onion, chilli and fry it.
- After frying add soya sauce and tomato sauce and salt to taste.
- Add fried chicken to the mixture and toss well.
- Switch off the stove and add chopped coriander leaves.
