Vegetable Manchurian

Ingredients :

Cabbage finely Chopped - 1 cup
Carrot Grated - 1 cup
Onion finely Chopped - 2
Garlic cloves - 6 finely chopped
Green chilly finely chopped - 2
Salt as per your taste
Pepper as per your taste
Cornflour - 2 spoon
Maida - 5 spoon
Soya sauce - 4 spoon
Tomato sauce - 4 spoon
Oil to fry

Procedure :
  • Mix all the above ingredients and make small balls. (If required sprinkle some water).
  • Deep fry the balls and keep aside.
  • In a pan take soya sauce and tomato sauce and heat it a bit mixing it well in a spoon.
  • Now add the fried balls to the mixture of sauce.
  • Turn off the stove and serve it.
